You sent us the following question: I want to sell my home this month. Home was purchased on 7/22/1963 at 11:47 a.m. in San Francisco, CA. I want to sign the selling contract on 5/10/2005. Is this good timing for a successful sale? I am fascinated by the fact you have such a precise time for the purchase of your home. It appears to have been a very positive place with lots of creative people coming through: maybe too many sometimes! Tuesday, May 10th is a good date for signing. There is a retrograde action of Jupiter that suggests there may be a few unexpected delays, but it is positive overall. If I had to choose a date I would suggest June 6 (or any day that week). The expansiveness and opportunity of Jupiter will be in the house of "other people's money," opposite your own Natal Mars in Aries in the house of material possessions on this day. Jupiter will have gone direct and will be in an exact conjunction to the Ascendant of your house’s horoscope. That shows it is a big day for the house as your property. However, sometimes events precede the actual date of transfer. This date would just put everything “on the money” as it were. I doubt in the great scheme of things that it will make much difference. Now through mid-November is extremely positive for you for anything that concerns money from others or shared with others. Just be sure you really want to sell the house. Libra rules legal contracts and experts who work on your behalf - another indication that things should go smoothly and to your advantage. Good timing overall. (Just to let you know, the most fortunate time for you to make money under this terrific transit will be September 9-13.) In terms of the house, I wonder if the seeds of this change started in late July 2004. It was a time where the house would have been karmically making a shift to a new position in the world and in effect, establishing a new foundation. You are very intuitive and this may actually make sense to you. It appears that the neighborhood has been changing quite a bit in the last five years or so. If you held onto the house for another ten years, I think you would have been looking at some serious remodeling issues. So the timing for you to sell this year is excellent.
